If you had the chance to meet with Robert, Pro-Active Community member of many years and a long standing Quality Checker, you would be in no doubt of the need to have experts with lived experience over seeing the Quality of living and of course the homes, housing or support providers offer.

Today Robert visited a Surrey Active Prospects UK residential home, where 9 people are living together with staff they have all known for many years, in a beautiful rural setting.

The report has been sent to the home manager and her team to share suggestions, observations, compliments and opportunities for minor improvements.
