Sharing the learning

Another positively charged, highly interactive Big Feedback meeting took place on Tuesday 26th November bringing together 50 people from Active Prospects UK , Pro Active Community members, support staff and presenters.

Shad Khan, Director of Property and Lynn Fagan, Housing Officer, updated everyone on maintenance reports and how many have been resolved promptly, building projects and planned refurbishments.

Huge thanks to Simon Morris from Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards who gave an eye opening talk about SCAMS, sharing the learning and how to avoid being the victim of online, phone or doorstep scammers.

Head of Quality at Active Prospects, Angella Chimenya, joined Quality Checkers from Pro-Active Community Robert, Leanne and Michael who presented their findings at the recent visits they made to Surrey based homes managed and supported by Active Prospects UK.

Clinical Director Lynsey Way talked to everyone about Wellbeing Week and asked for feedback on how it can be even more brilliant next year, input from the Pro Active Community members was it needed to be better publicised as there was so much going on everyone wanted to join in with but they didn’t know about it all.

These bi-monthly forums are an opportunity for everyone to come together and share what’s important to them, a chance for Active Prospects to reflect on what it does well, and what it can do even better.

Consulting with the Pro Active Community members, and others supported by Active Prospects provides a platform for experts to share their ideas and any concerns helping make positive change where it is needed.
