The lock downs meant it was not possible to see friends and family as much as before and attend our usual activities. This meant we had to think of new ways to support each other.

On the 9th July, The Pro-Active Community held another successful Surrey People’s Meeting. The group usually holds quarterly meetings in person at a venue in Ashtead, but due to the current social distancing measures in place, the group decided to go virtual and used technology to connect!

On Thursday 7th May the Pro-Active Community met via Zoom for the first time! The meetings are usually held every two weeks at Active Prospects’ head office.

In October the Pro-Active Community held its Annual General Meeting and voted on the next people to sit as key members of the Community, including voting for a new Chair.
