Time to welcome new staff

Members decided the new year would be a good time to look at how new staff at support providers such as Active Prospects, are trained in Learning Disability awareness, and to hear all about the Pro Active Community, what it stands for and what it does.

Justin, Leanne, Matt, Matthew, Robert, Emma Jane, Michael and Jenny all agreed some pre recorded videos of them talking about why the charity is important to them, what they do and why they do it would help to share the message.

Once the videos are all finished they are being made into one film which will be trialed with new support workers and central office staff in Active Prospect’s Induction training.

Justin was very eager to share the pictures with his new cap and teeshirt to show the new staff how proud he is about being a member of the Pro Active Community.
