Now that was an exciting hour with Ollie Cudd and Charlotte Rowbotham from Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust filming a piece for their Board meeting next month.

💜Pro-Active Community member Elizabeth talked about her experience of co-producing the new Patient Questionnaire for breast screening appointments.

👏🏼The importance of creating this easy read document is truly significant, it’s the first time the Trust have embarked on this process.

👏🏼Evidence of their commitment to accessible literature is clear, they have invested in software and licences to create in house resources and made certain the discussions surrounding easy read are foremost in planning.
