Off to the Surrey Heartlands Expo!
đź’śPro-Active Community Chair Leanne Yeo joined delegates at the Epsom Downs Racecourse for the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership Expo.
🤝With over 30 stands in the marketplace, it’s was a great opportunity to ensure Pro Active Community members are kept up to date on all the county wide projects, campaigns and research they have been involved in co-producing, and to hear about ongoing progress.
🗣️It was interesting hearing how Surrey partners are coming together addressing inequalities and reflecting on life expectancy.
