It's all about the Quality Checks

An interactive visit for our Chair, Quality Checker Leanne Yeo, at one of the Surrey residential homes managed by Active Prospects UK.

She said it was ‘So lovely to meet new people’, supported by such a caring and dedicated staff team who so clearly not only know all those living there really well, they also ensure the home feels warm, friendly and full of activities everyone can enjoy at their pace their way.

We talked with the staff about personalisation and how lovely it is to see everyone’s different choices being made, no sense of expecting ‘you fit with us’, so clearly ‘we are here for you’.

Leanne has completed her report and it has been sent to Angella Chimenya the Head of Quality at Active Prospects, and the Home Manager she visited Gertrude Clarke. They will now work together to look at her observations, recommendations or suggestions, and share compliments with the team.

Working together in this way, experts thoughts, ideas and opinions are learnt from and developed.
